     Box filter press is a filtration device used in industrial production to achieve solid-liquid separation. As long as solid-liquid separation is required in industrial production processes, box type filter presses are often used.

The working principle of the box filter press:

Used for the separation of solids and liquids. Compared with other solid-liquid separation equipment, the mud cake filtered by the filter press has a higher solid content and excellent separation effect.

The basic principle of solid-liquid separation is:

The mixed liquid flows through the filter medium (filter cloth), and the solid stays on the filter cloth, gradually accumulating on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The filtrate partially permeates through the filter cloth, becoming a clear liquid without solids.
