Double axis SYU series vibrating screen:
This series of vibrating screens consists of components such as an exciter, screen frame, frame, spring, and screen mesh. Adopting thin oil lubrication with a fixed amount of oil injection, one oil injection does not require a second oil injection, the lubrication replacement cycle is long, and a circulating lubrication system is formed to reduce temperature and extend service life. The double axis SYU series circular vibrating screen is a newly developed vibrating screen by our factory. The use of two sets of vibrators and two electric motors, combined with the characteristics of YU single shaft vibrating screen, further enhances the excitation force, thereby greatly expanding the processing capacity and production efficiency. Widely used for material grading in various departments such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, water and electricity, and light industry.
Working principle:
This series of screen machines use double motors to drive two shaft vibration exciters. The motor base uses elastic support, and the two shafts are connected through a toothed belt to keep the synchronization. The variation step is synchronization. The vibration exciter uses shaft eccentricity and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has a long flowing line, uniform and stable vibration, and the vibration mode forms an approximate circular motion. The materials on the screen are subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface, resulting in continuous throwing motion, During the process of the material meeting the sieve surface, particles smaller than the sieve aperture are allowed to pass through the sieve, thus achieving classification.
