NPE New Jaw Crusher:
This series of crushers is mainly used for primary crushing in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics, etc. It can handle various materials and rocks with a hardness not exceeding 320Mpa.
Performance characteristics:
1. Modular design, no welding structure, lighter and more impact-resistant than any other jaw crusher with the same production capacity;
2. The use of high-strength steel moving jaws, jaw plates, and cheek plates, heavy-duty forged alloy steel eccentric shafts, and high-quality large bearings make the equipment stronger and more reliable;
3. Higher rotational speed and perfect dynamic design (large stroke, small meshing angle) enable multiple crushing of materials, improve crushing ratio, and greatly increase production capacity;
4. Can quickly adjust the discharge port, only by adjusting the wedges on both sides;
5. Easy to install and maintain, with low operating costs.
