The QHS series cone crusher is a modern high-performance crusher designed and developed by our company based on the introduction and absorption of Simmons cone technology at home and abroad, according to customer requirements, and based on the principle of laminated crushing and the concept of more breaking and less grinding. It integrates high swing frequency, optimized cavity shape, and reasonable stroke. Widely used in mining ore crushing, high hardness rock material crushing, construction material crushing, cement plants, sand and gravel yards, concrete mixing plants, dry powder mortar, power plant desulfurization, quartz sand, etc.

1. The automatic control system adopts a large diameter spindle, heavy-duty main frame, and an independent thin oil lubrication system, which is sturdy, durable, and reliable in operation.
2. The over iron protection device ensures that after impurities pass through the crushing chamber, the original discharge port can be quickly restored, ensuring the discharge size.
3. This machine adopts the principle of laminated crushing to form a protective layer for the material layer, which not only effectively reduces wear but also significantly increases the proportion of cubes in the product.
